With the Online Billing Center you are able to view your ConfigERP invoices online 24 hours a day. OBC allows you to to view, print or route invoice informations. If you have a problem with an invoice or a question, you can create a online support ticket as invoice inquiry. No longer do you have to pick up the phone and call someone for assistance. At OBC you will be able to see invoices, estimates, support tickets, projects and documents that are associated to your account. When we have issued a new invoice to you, you will receive an Email notification, so you can either review the invoice directly or logon to OBC.
