How it works
Clients will receive login user and password via email. When we’ve issued a new invoice the client receive an Email notification and is able to jump directly to the specific invoice or logon to OBC. The online bill is presented in the same format as the printed bill. Bill summary and detail appears online as well. A payment remittance file for posting to ConfigERP’s A/R system completes the payment process.
The key for our clients is quickly seeing what's going on with the account. Our clients are able to logon to the account to review not just the invoices online, but also reprint invoices or download invoices as pdf file. Approved clients are able to review and receive reports about the project in the form of logged hours of the team or the individual professional. Estimates for additional or new services can be reviewed and approved online. Open or new service tickets can be managed online, so we stay in direct connection with our clients. Invoice, Service Agreements or other service or project related documents can be accessed by our clients, so that all information’s are available at a press of a button.
